I had an amazing stay at this boutique hotel in Hanoi. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at home, thanks to the incredible staff, especially Ms. Loan Pham, who went above and beyond to help me. The location is perfect for exploring the city, and the service was excellent. However, I did have a bit of a mix-up regarding dietary preferences during dinner, but they quickly resolved it and made me feel cared for. Overall, it's a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Hanoi.
